Being invited into a home for a newborn session is so beautiful. Getting to know a couple and see how they cozy up on their bed or couch and just look at their new little one with wonder and awe is truly such a blessing.
It was no different with Char and Michael. As baby slept, I heard about how their love story began in high school, they talked about their families, and shared their love of coffee. They even had hot coffee for me, which we sipped on between shots. I witnessed their joy as they held their little boy in their arms, snuggled him, or wrapped their finger around his.
Honestly, the session was easy, and they were so relaxed. It was a dream session.
Char chose a beautiful floral dress from my Client Closet. As a mom, I remember how hard those initial newborn days were, and that’s why providing a Client Closet and styling is something I’m so passionate about. Being able to help my mom clients look and feel beautiful for their photos is a big reason why I offer this service. I love being able to take the stress and guesswork out of choosing and coordinating outfits by also providing mood boards for the rest of the family.
